Collin County Construction, started in Frisco in 2007, has completed more than 3,000 projects to date. CEO Scott Rose, wife Patricia Rose, along with their family have lived in Frisco for more than 20 years, and with a management team boasting over a century of experience in the industry, it is no wonder the ground-up construction company’s reputation speaks for itself.

Collin County Construction specializes in building everything from office complexes, to retail centers, multi-family developments, restaurants, warehouses, and more. Collin County Construction received the Small Business Excellence Award for 2020 in the General Contractors category, has been named a Top 10 Restaurant Builder in Dallas, and was recognized by the Texas Association of Builders for helping local citizens build a business or improve their existing one.
